Irene has been working in Change Management since the late 1990s specifically on IT and HR transformations, several with a global reach.  She is Prosci Certifed and has a background working in intranets and .coms, as well as print and delivers both strategic oversight and tangible collateral to her projects. She can write strategies and plans till they’re coming out her ears, but what she really likes it to deliver change, comms and training and gets her kicks from delivering tangilble solutions which people can see and use and will come away thinking “yep, I get it, thanks!”.

Eli is a SAP SuccessFactors architect with several end to end implementations under his belt.  He began his career in HR rising to Group HR Director at a global bank, when he realised the need for better backend HR systems and seeking a new challenge switched to producing SF systems for a range of global clients.

Larry is a true techie and has been into computers for as long as he can remember, having gained the love of hardware and software from his parents. As a teenager he was teaching IT at his dad’s computer training school and making pocket money from assembling and selling computers. Whilst studying engineering at uni he built his first commercial software for a hotel booking system and has spent the last fifteen years as an IT professional delivering shared service solutions to organisations from SMEs to blue chips, so, if he needs to be hands on to resolve a problem then he will dive in.
